Just about the worst job ever not worth the pay or treatment only good thing is i got experience in banking which led me to getting an actual career. 0 stars if possible. Dont work here. Youll get fired. Higher ups only care about themselves. Also never do what they say they will do. Ever. Terrible benefits. No option for retirement. Which youll prolly never retire because theyll fire you or youll quit. Big fat 0

I had applied with them and had gotten hired on the spot. I did what needed to be done on my side and I had put my two weeks in at my other job so I can start training the day they had me scheduled to start. My first day was November 16th and I was reaching out to the consistently and no answer from anyone to when to pick up my equipment. The 15th came and I had told my old boss I might need to stay at my job because I hadn’t heard anything from Alorica. I received a call from Mary Winkles and told me I was going to get pushed back into the training class that starts on the 30th instead. I reached out to her several times again and no answer. I had picked my schedule already and was asked again what schedule I wanted when we had already discussed it. Instead of picking the schedule I had picked since the 5th of November I had to pick a totally different schedule. The day came for my first day of training but yet had not received any information or anyone had reached back out to me. 30mins before starting my first day in training Mary Winkles replies with, “contact your recruiter” when “my recruiter” would reply with , “ ask Mary winkles, I cannot help you with this, she will know more on what to do next”. Horrible. Now I am left without a job. Thanks Alorica. You’re managing sucks.

Management is horrible you have to bug at least for 2 weeks to even get anything done, Customers are rude and we’re supposed to take there harassment or we could get in trouble. Oh also if you’re head set don’t work and you’ve placed IT tickets it don’t mean nothing to them. Training is watching videos and no help when you need it. I wasn’t getting no help sooner or later I ended up stop caring because management obviously didn’t care. They lose money on training people that end up not working for them I had a starting group of 30 it ended up with 10 of us that are quitting little by little. Don’t waste your time

I was supposed to get paid August 28th 2020 and it is now September 8th. So yeah definitely would not recommend working here they actually think I won’t do anything about it but I’m keeping a log.
