Possibly one of the BEST properties in Albuquerque. Maintained by excellence. Lilah is the property manager and she exceeds all expectations. She truly goes above and beyond. All residents are treated with care. You will not find a better property with better service. Living here was beyond a living experience. It truly felt like a home. The property was extremely well maintained, organized and productive. Work orders were completed within 24 hours, on snow days the staff was sure to make sure ever step was salted, when the pandemic hit- these ladies made sure to protect all residents. I would 100% recommend living here.

I've only lived here for about a week, but so far so good! Attempting to move during the Covid-19 pandemic seemed like a difficult thing to do, but Lilah made it easy every step of the way. I had actually considered two different houses and another apartment community, but Lilah sealed the deal for Arterra. My 10 year old daughter and I couldn't be happier and have had zero issues so far. Again, I've only lived here about a week, but if the smooth move-in process and professional service provided by Lilah are any indication, Arterra should be a great place to live! UPDATE: 9 months in and I couldn’t be happier. Lilah and Susan have both been amazing. I had one maintenance issue that was taken care of right away. It’s a quiet community, especially for how large it is, which is really nice at night. None of the complaints that some reviewers have had apply to me. I’ve never experienced any of them, and all of the front office staff and maintenance staff have been nothing less than great!

Although the area is pretty and in a safe place in town, it’s extremely overpriced for the amenities they provide. Everything in the apartment is relatively outdated for the price, and it wasn’t clean at all when I moved in. I spent hours cleaning and vacuuming. Also, if something happens to come up in life where you need to break the lease, it’s essentially 4 months payment required to break the lease. I’m pregnant and bought a house for myself and my expecting baby, yet management will not budge even ending the lease a month early. Not a flexible place to live at all.

Beautiful property and amazing people! I would highly recommend; I came into tour and all of the ladies in the office greeted me and were so kind. I can’t wait to live here!

It was a mistake to rent here. 1) There is dog poop everywhere 2) They price gouge 3) They refused to resurface my tub for 9 months because of covid. When threatened to take them to court, they managed to get it done in 24 hours. The place is old and run down for how much they are charging. You can find much better more modern places for equivalent pricing. 4) They are completely inflexible and will nickel and dime for as much as they can get away with. Good luck with your search. Run away from this place.
