our favorite store to go into in 4 states, everyone is always friendly, and wants to help. am glad to see familiar faces after not being here for almost a year since the pandemic started. now that i needed a printer i was glad to see how safe it is to shop here everything is really clean and everyone is really careful and staying there distance making people feel safe. will always be happy to give this location 5 stars...
I do a lot of shopping and curbside pickup from online purchases. I'm not really fond of this particular store but I will say that they have made a lot of adjustments and have really stepped their game up compared to how they were 6 months ago. I was there recently on three different occasions within this last month for birthdays and such and I could see the change. So I will be coming back.
The worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I tried to return a product that was defective and I tried to contact the store no response when I went in the warranty for the store had expired two days prior so they told me to get a hold of the manufacture and I was not able to get a hold of them either I am out A couple hundred dollars for a product that did not work and nobody would like to help me in the store. I will never shop here again and I will tell all my friends and family not to shop here I am very disappointed in the way Best Buy and the manufacturer handled their terrible product.
Great experience. Love the easy pickup with ordering online. It's pretty dangerous because it makes it way too easy for me to spend money. Nice work.
