Great material selection and helpful staff. I'm honestly not sure how some of their competitors remain in business. BMC and ABQ Exotic Woods are without question the best places to get hardwoods in the city.

This has to be the most customer unfriendly business I have had to do business with. On numerous visits the office staff refuse to acknowledge you as you walk in the door. This will happen even after you make eye contact. Minutes can go by before they even ask if you need assistance. You would think customers are what makes their business go round but the lack of civility and courtesy lead me to believe otherwise.
