This place consistently puts me in a bad mood, and I no longer will shop there. While I have found some cool things there - the better items are not inexpensive. However, it’s really the attitude of the staff that galls me every time. They are truly snooty and this is used clothing! Worst of all is attempting to be a consignor here! While you’ll pay top dollar to buy things here, they GIVE YOU NEXT TO NOTHING for your nice items plus they make you feel badly about not taking mostly anything. I’m a very experienced consignor. Don’t consign here. You will get ripped off. I’m giving them 2 stars because you can find some cool things here, but I would not bother. I have talked to other folks who feel the exact same way about them - trust me.

I love that it opens to either side of the street, that alone gives it such a fun feel. Wish I knew what it used to be before it became a Buffalo Exchange. Solid selection in the large space, it's hard to not find SOMETHING. I do think it's silly to have catalogues for a store that can't guarantee what it has in stock, however this is a minor quibble. One of Buffalo's more solid exchanges!

Still a fun place to shop, they did change how they buy your stuff, no waiting around, it's a drop off service that'll take a day or two. And unfortunately as of 9/6/2020 they are not doing cash; only PayPal or store credit. Back entrance is closed off do if your planning to get your steps in that day you can park in the front.

Very over priced for used clothing. They literally wanted 20 bucks for a STAINED shirt. I asked for a discount and they refused to budge. Also I honestly feel like they buy based off your appearance . They are especially prejudice to plus size women. P.s I was going to try on a pair of jeans that had period stains so I didn't. I told the dressing room attendant and she replied \thats why they are discounted \....BARF
