The guys in the archery department are amazing! They helped us pick out the perfect compound bow for our 12 yo daughter. They realized she is left eye dominant and basically gave her a free lesson in their range. They set up the bow to fit her & got it sighted in. Fantastic service! Thank you so much!

Every time I've gone in they're very attentive to everyone coming in. Completely professional on presentation, and verbally centered to work with you in everything you're needing or wanting. Even with the pandemic they've Completely modified to suit and help as many people as possible -so you wouldn't wait long to even speak or check out once done- and truly clean to an extent of pandemic means always wiping and offering a pump of hand sanitizer if using the card machine for check outs. Great deals and wicked awesome personnel.

First time in store. Was there to pick up a pistol. Was second in line and took 30-45 minutes to get service. The transfer took another half hour, a 10 minute task. People were nice but none of them were at the pace I would expect given the line. Have heard about much longer waits and fewer staff.

I’m only here to use a gift card. The line has anywhere from 30-50 people in line and only two registers open. I see plenty of employees, doubled and tripled up just talking. No urgency from management to get people checked out. I walked in putting my mask on and their door keeper was giving my the eyeball like he wanted turn me around and throw me out. Poor customer service, not very welcoming don’t waste your time coming here.

So, the Albuquerque Cabela's is the only one in the nation, that has closed its doors. I got an email last night from them and found some hard-to-find items in stock at the store. Not available to order on-line but in the store. I called them this morning about ordering the items and they sent me to their 1-800 number. The person at the 1-800 number said Albuquerque is the only closed Cabela's in the nation. She told me I needed to call them back, order over the phone and do curbside pickup. So, I called the store back. They said they absolutely will not take orders over the phone. How hard is it it take an order, take a card number and verify the card when I pick it up? It's not, because they have done it for years. I called the 1-800 number back and they ended up making the order for me. That lady was awesome. She is the ONLY reason I will continue to shop here.
