The front desk receptionist Miranda is just so rude! We had some issues with a power of attorney that we had on file for my daughter that expired. They couldn’t see my daughter because it was not up to date which I totally understand she did her job by refusing my sick child, but the way she talked to my family was the part that gets me so upset! If I could rate it a zero I would! Hire nicer people Presbyterian!

We called ahead and scheduled an appointment. We gave some information over the phone and the rest during check in. The check in process was painless, even though we were visiting from out of state. We didn't have to wait long for the nurse practitioner, who quickly and with minimal tears diagnosed our 10 month old with an ear infection. We were on the way to the pharmacy to pick up our prescription an hour after arriving at urgent care. A good experience for stressed out first time parents.
Not for URGENT care. This place is Appointment Care only. They seriously need to consider a name change. Out-of-towners like us didn’t know it was by appointment only. Our child *urgently* needed care and we found out upon arrival that it’s by appointment only. It’s mind blowing. It’s too bad nobody seeking Urgent medical Care for their child will read these reviews first. Good luck parents.
Front desk staff will turn you away. The place is by appointment ONLY. Make an appointment or do not go. It’s a waste of the drive. The front desk staff doesn’t care about your child. Kids and people standing right next to me while I explain medical history and reasons for our visit. Check-in processes need to be addressed. I went there because we take my daughter to children to other Presbyterian offices.
This urgent care is terrible. My son had a laceration on his hand and was bleeding a lot. I was told that there we no more appointment's available. Plus they didn't have anyone to do sutures. Really an urgent care not staffed with someone who can apply sutures. I asked the receptionist what I could do and she said go to the ER. I went to the ER and waited 6 hrs. When ER physical sees my son he said this should of been handled by urgent care. I told him what I had experience at the pediatric urgent care. He wasn't surprised. He said it was common practice for them to send minor injuries to ER instead of treating them there. Thanks again Presbyterian pediatric urgent care for the lack of treatment and the extra 100 payment for the ER.
Very good and quick. The Nurse Practitioner we saw, Beth Carson, was great. Compare this place with a visit to Lovelace Westside Hospital the day prior for a similar issue with another child and it's light years ahead of Lovelace. This place was much quicker with much more attentive staff.
Dr. Ogren was fabulous with my little! I am so happy i brought her here instead of regular urgent care! Hopefully we don't have to come back but if we did this is where we will go!
Called 2 times and got hung up on today I'm not surprised every time I visit this place the nurses are rude. I was asked why I came once by a nurse disgustingly rude. I won't waste my time here again don't know why I bothered calling just need to find an urgent care.
