I stopped service over two months ago and Culligan of Albuquerque still has not returned my bottle deposit. They keep claiming that the owner is out of town and he is the only one who can refund the money. This is NOT a refund, it is NOT their money, it is a return of a deposit. I stopped service because the water tasted like tap water. The Primo brand pre-filled bottles from the market are much better.
