Absolutely the worst to deal with. Tried looking up prescription and history just kept prompting me to log in. Tried calling and everyone I would talk to would say weren’t authorized to look at my account and would transfer me. Just trying to see why a prescription wasn’t being filled!!

Horrible - do not use Express Scripts. Your information is being sent to the Philippians. They do not know how to charge your insurance correctly. They do not understand what you are trying to say. I was never told my personal medical information was being sent out of the country, including my bank account information for payment. I deleted my account immediately and stopped any prescription refills with them. This company needs to disclose they are not in the United States and your personal information is being sent to another country!
I have had to use Express Scripts since Obama became president. I hate getting my RXs online. They are always delayed. They send too many texts and emails and even call and leave messages on my phone for nothing important. I don't ever talk to a pharmacist and when I have to talk to someone it's because they won't refill an RX without the doctors approval, even though it is not a narcotic and I've taken it for years. If you don't have to use them, you are fortunate. grrr

After reading the reviews, I was dreading having to call them for help. And though the Q/A through the menu in the beginning was annoying, I finally figured out to enter a bunch of 0s (zeros) and they put me through to a rep. She was Extremely helpful, kind and efficient and took care of everything. Happy I called!
