I had placed an order for a gun safe they had for sale online. I placed the order for 699. They contacted me a couple days later to inform me that they no longer carry the item and I can get a lower quality safe for an extra fee or get a refund. Obviously I decided for a refund. The company then waited almost a week to even process the refund. Unfortunately that never went through. Three weeks of back and forth emails of my trying to figure out what was going on. Only to get a “Sorry” as a resolution. I had to open a fraudulent charge case and cancel my credit card. BUYER BEWARE. Consider conducting your business elsewhere

We have been in the printing business here in Albuquerque since 1969. We have a printing customer that has us laminate their information cards for their customers. Over the years we have laminated thousands of items in 3, 5 and 10 mil. We have also bought office equipment there also. They guided us when we got started. They have always had what we've needed in stock. We've checked around and have found their prices are lower than most of the others. When we started buying from them, one of the people there looked familiar. Turned out he used to live next door to us. Very nice people.
We have ordered from these people for several years with no problem. Today we discovered that they had shorted our last order and called them. They admitted that they had and said that we've have the missing box next Wednesday. Today is Thursday. They refused to pay for Overnight but offered 2nd Day. We paid the 51.50 ourselves to correct their mistake. We told them we'll go elsewhere in the future.
