Ridiculous place! I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Rush, she misses my appointment and i have to reschedule. I tell them i work M-F i can’t answer the phone those days except Thursday. They have the audacity to call me Wednesday and i cant answer. And the doctor still doesnt show up to my appointment again on Thursday. Ridiculous. Really unorganized.

They gave me an appointment on the 11th of January, after waiting a month for this appointment, I was never called, on the 15th they called me at noon to say hey, sorry we have an appointment for you today at 3:30 please be by your phone, since it is only phone appointments, I thought for sure they would call me, and to no avail they did not AGAIN, and now I am sitting without my medicine yet again, called the after hours hoping they just were busy and hadn't gotten to me, they have a Dr. Call me, and he tells me I am just an oncall, cannot give you your gabapentin as it is a controlled substance. He LIED, it is not, I have looked it up. It's non narcotic and not on any controlled substance list. Don't go here. Don't make an appointment, apparently they could give a damn less about you. Will not use them if they do call back, and filing every grievance I can against the Doctor, and the staff.

This is the worst place ever no one ever answers the phone they don’t even know what’s going on half the time they need a new team that’s knows how to run the front desk I was on hold for 30min just to hold on for another 20 minutes I wouldn’t even give them a star

Every time my mother has gone in, she receives terrible service. The receptionists don’t bother to assist people quickly, and never seem to be happy. If you work customer service, ESPECIALLY in a health care facility, your goal should be to assist people in a friendly manner. We always wait too long to receive lab results; we have to call or drive out there to get them. One time, my mother had a severe infection and they wanted to schedule her appointment 2 weeks later?? I don’t understand. We had to go elsewhere. Another small detail: one time, the restrooms were absolutely disgusting, and when we told the staff, they totally disregarded it. Disappointing. I hope we see improvements next time we go in! Thanks.
