My experience here was just okay. I think my expectations were too high. Although I experienced friendliness, sanctity, and uplift, the whole experience was just one note. I visited 4 times and wish there was a reason to go back. Perhaps, in my humble opinion, if there was more racial diversity in the pews the place would feel more inclusive. Same goes for the seemingly lack of economic diversity of the congregation. I will return and hopefully have a different experience. Thank you First Unitarian for the work you do!
Everyone was very nice. The service I attended was fun and creative.
This was my church when I live in Albuquerque. They're very welcoming. They were quick to becoming my 2nd family while I was a member. I miss them. If you're looking for a welcoming non-Christian church, you can this can be your home. Even if you're Christian, you're welcome. Atheist, Muslim, etc. All are welcome and that's why I loved it and miss it.
Every one there is super nice. They give put food boxes every Wednesday from 1pm -2pm. It's not much bit it's good food and they give out cat food or dog food. It really help fill the gap in between checks. That you all for your help. I'm glad that y'all are willing to help out the community. God bless every one of you.
