What a pleasant experience! I had the trout and it was delicious. I'm not much of a French fry lover but the ones here were hard to stop eating. Great food and service.

Great food. Generous portions. Authentic Pueblo food, and great chef. Even explained the recipes!!! Sopapillas with honey and chile jam were out of this world... So were onion rings coasted with blue corn flour. Cactus Caprese was great too, with crunchy/chewy Nopal. Servers were courteous, and asked if we needed anything often... Felt taken care of very well... Manager and chef both talked to us as well... I'll definitely go there again if opportunity presents itself....

The promise of Native American staple foods reinterpreted into contemporary offerings was intriguing; the team at Indian Pueblo Kitchen did not disappoint. I had the Superfood Waffles which were traditional waffles studded with blue corn, quinoa, amaranth, currants, piñon, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Such great flavors and texture! The tasting of local honeys with fry bread was a great side as well. But the real star was the turkey sausage. I expected standard food service sausage, but was blown away by an amazing house made sausage full of green and red chilis! Delicious!

Get the Tewa Taco to split! It's massive, yummy and iconic New Mexican cuisine.
