Dave was easily the most informative person I talked to while looking for quotes. I was debating sod vs artificial turf and Dave gave me tomes of information on each, to help me decide. I didn't have a specific design in mind for my new yard (new construction with dirt backyard), so I was happy with their unconventional model of contracting for design at a set budget. We went through a couple iterations of design and then scheduled the work. Even though a few things about the terrain weren't as expected and the work took longer than estimated, they did not charge me extra. Dave sent me their list of plants, which I was originally going to use to fill my planter, but the list was so extensive that I ended up getting some extras to fill in around the yard! I paid for the plants that were additional to the contracted design, but they didn't charge me for installation. Throughout the work, Dave kept in close contact with me via email and phone so that I knew what to expect each day, and he answered any questions I had. We have a few dry patches now that are being watered by sprinkler or drip twice a day, and I have no doubt that if they don't recover soon Landco will come replace them. We are extremely happy with the way our yard came out! I would use Landco again and again.

This is the best company to work with! Dave was able to assist me over the phone with all of my needs while I was out of state waiting for my husband to get out of surgery. The original landscaping company didn't show up for the work. After a phone call to Dave he was able to get a crew out the next day and get the job done. He has awesome customer service and has exceptional in his communication with me. The price was reasonable and honestly more than what I'm expected. I cant describe how happy I am. The guys were great and clean and so efficient. Thank you.
Landco Landscape Development and Supply put sand, topsoil, and sod in our backyard. It came out beautifully. They are an awesome landscaping company. I give them an A rating. Beware of the snake oil salesman. When David Bennett of Lanco first came out to my house last June, to discuss the landscaping project, he was friendly and seemed very confident of his ability to take out the rock that was my yard, and put in a small sod yard that I requested. The project cost almost seven thousand dollars and to this day, I am pulling several types of weeds daily, and trying to plant grass seed where the sod did not grow. He also did not fulfill the contract. He was supposed to install a drip system to existing plants and trees, but did not. I found out that the sod he used was inferior as many have told me later. It took his one worker all day to lay the sod which should have been watered as it was put in, but was not. Mr. Bennett only came out once after the project got started. He did not reply to my calls or emails when I was dismayed and concerned about the weeds right from the beginning and the grass dying in several places. He gave me no advice on how to take care of new sod. I found out and diligently did all that I could during this whole time to try to remedy this poor job. The yard has dips and sunken areas because the ground below the sod was not smooth and flat. Except for doing a good job of removing the rock, he has been irresponsible and negligent.
Unresponsive, poor communication. For the record David, I don’t have the wrong company. I’ve reached out to you again 2 weeks ago and you said you would check your records and get back with me. This was after supplying photos and sketch. You did not get back to me. Again. No worries, I’m moving on, sorry I bothered you.
