I have a home health aid who helps me with showers. Her name is Mila. She is not only professional but a Godsend as well. Any home healthcare company would be lucky to have her. She genuinely cares about her patients and not just because it is a job. I believe she likes her job very much.

Wound care has not showed up in weeks when there is a twice a week order. They have not called either. It is unethical and unprofessional. Update 2/15 still a Terrible agency. The lady who did not act like a lady who answered the phone did not allow me to give my husband's name. She kept calling him the wrong name after interrupting me. So rude got rude back. She refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor. She refused to find out the original PT who came out in September. They bounced my husband out to another agency and we didn't even know it. Everything since December we are turning this agency in for on their license. Additionally when wound care did come they never took vitals or asked the questions they were supposed to ask.
