Sams has taken getting gas at the pumps to the next level with touch less payments. Scan the QR code and your Sams app opens automatically. The app then accesses saved forms of payment for your gas purchase. My only contact is the gas pump handle. The receipt is sent your phone when the purchase is finalized. Fantastic adaptation to the COVID epidemic (is it still a pandemic? COVID is not going anywhere). Attendants appear to clean regularly, however having hand sanitizing at the pumps would garner the fifth star. I am not a germ-phobic but if you do all the technology then add a little sanitizer. Yet another great job by Sams Club!!! Good job folks!
I have really enjoyed shopping at this location & being a member. It is well worth the membership fee. They always have great deals, finds & always great customer service. I never have any issues & if something is mispriced or placed in wrong spot they always take care of it. Even replaced some expired muffins that my son had eaten the very nice & helpful female employee that works at the customer service desk kindly told me I could grab another brand new box of muffins for no charge I couldn't believe it, no hassle at all. I wish I knew her name because she is always beyond kind & has great customer service. The next reason I give 5 stars is for another employee that has always been a pleasure to receive above & beyond amazing customer service from is the cash registers supervisor Victoria, she is so nice & always treats me so good. I recently had to have surgery & was running around doing last minute shopping the night before my surgery, I grabbed a bedding item to be make my bed more comfortable for after surgery. Unfortunately the item was misplaced under the wrong sale price sign well there were a few under wrong sale sign but Victoria was quick to fix the price & was super nice the entire time plus gave me well wishes for my surgery on top of it. Well I saw her a few weeks after my surgery & she was really concerned about how everything went & was happy to see me. It made me feel good to know there are still good people out there that actually care. I really wish we had more caring customer service from everywhere we go. I truly feel when you treat others with kindness it goes a long way. Thank you Victoria for always being awesome & Sam's for always having good employees & great customer service, it truly makes a difference

I have been coming to this store for several months now. Today I was with my twin babies in one buggy, and my husband was pushing another buggy both full of food. We checked out at the self check out its just faster. I scanned almost everything when an employee walked over and said I had to transfer both carts full of food along with both the twins into another buggy......that was left from the person in front of and of course was dirty. Made no sense to put my stuff in a dirty buggy when there qas nothing wrong with my stuff. She refused to let me pay for my items and forced me to go to a cashier line to rering everything. Such Such waste of time. They scan you stuff at the door by checking the receipt anyways its not like anyone can steal. I won't be returning to this location. That was completely unnecessary and puts the customers at risk for getting covid germs that were on a buggy not wiped down.
