We were looking for a car to pull behind our Motorhome four wheels down, looked at the limited choice and found a low millage 2017 Smart Car, what a capable and quick little car, powered by a 900cc 3 cylinder turbo engine which sounds so small, but it will outrun most far bigger engined cars. Good Mercedes Benz quality all round but best of all, 55 mpg highway is a USA dream. A very under rated car in the US. We love our new family member which is the most unique car we have owned since our Citroen days more than 40 years ago on the other side of the world.

No one answers the phone and even walking in no one is at front desk! It’s only getting worse to get my car serviced in timely matter. Not sure the company cares and if they did then they might try to make an effort to improve servicing their customers in timely matter and make communication a priority by answering their company phone when we call! Unfortunately, I can’t get rid of my smart car because, it’s my only car and when I need service it’s always my biggest dredge to go there, because the amount of calling I know I have to do to get to even talk to anyone...this has been going on for over 10 years and it’s a pain to get my car service their, but like I said it’s my only transportation for now.
The service team at the Smart Center are superstars. They are really good at what they do and do it with a big smile on their face. I can't say enough good things about these guys.
So far my best experience purchasing a new vehicle. All was done under 2.5hrs. Salesman Cesar is knowledgeable about new and previous models in technical aspects, respectful and not pushy. I like a lot my new 2016 Smart with turbocharged engine. Always fun to ride it with my son.
Oh where to start... For one, getting them to pick up their phone is nearly impossible. For every 4-5 times you call, you'll be lucky if someone picks up once. Not only that, but everyone there is just plain rude. Now, on to the main issue. My husband and I were recently in an auto accident and we brought our Smart car here to have them do the repairs. It took them over 3 weeks to even start the repairs, insisting that it was our insurance's fault that they "didn't give them the proper authorisation" until then, which was a blatant lie. When we finally got our car back, over a month after the accident, the air conditioning system was now broken, which was NOT broken in the accident. They refused to do anything about it, insisting that it was broken in the accident even though it wasn't. There are not many places you can take your smart car to get fixed in Albuquerque, and they know this so they exploit their customers as much as they can. Do not take your car here.
Another great service performed. Drove 1200 miles to find out someone that worked on the car rotated the tires not meant for rotating and now it drives soo much better. Thank smart Car ABQ!
Based on the website, this place seems like a scam. First of all, the name alone suggests that they only do service work, yet the website has all kinds of menu items for financing and buying a car. However, when going through the menu items, there are never any cars. Even the showroom is empty. No specials. No vehicles. Always get a message saying no results found. Some vague or empty reviews indicate that they're probably fake reviews. Probably won't even get a response from them.
To small place but service always on time and good . Don't need return for finishing something
