We started lessons here about three months ago. We have experience with the other facilities in town offering lessons and Swim Labs is the best Albuquerque has to offer by far. I would highly recommend this establishment. The staff is friendly and the place is always clean and welcoming. Look no further if you want to schedule swimming lessons, but hurry, I know they will fill up quickly.

As a long time high school teacher, I have to tell you how much we love and appreciate this place. Our (almost) 4 year old has been there since they first opened and the amount of self-confidence and and swimming ability he has gained is tremendous! I have always felt safe there, both for myself in the waiting area and for my son in the pool with his instructor, Camden (great teacher!). We just received an email from SwimLabs (which prompted to write this) detailing his progress in the class, complete with tasks and skills he's accomplished as well as those that he still needs to work on. At the bottom was a personal note from his instructor...he loved it!

My wife and I really like this place. The staff is friendly and bubbly, exactly what our child responds to. Our child didn’t take well to their first instructor and the staff worked with us to quickly find an instructor they did well with. Our kiddo looks forward to class and frequently mentions the instructor by name. The facility is clean and manages COVID procedures well, while keeping classes fun and engaging for the kids. SwimLabs is one of the few places we’ve felt comfortable with during the pandemic. I would recommend SwimLabs to any parent looking to start their child in a learn to swim program.

My daughter has been going here for about six months without much progress. I was excited when they opened because I couldn't even get on the wait list at Fish Factory. Unfortunately there's at least one major difference between the schools. Fish Factory has three kids per class. Swim Labs has four. When you do the math, your kid is only getting seven minutes of lessons per class. We finally did get on the wait list at Fish Factory and will be moving there as soon as soon as we can. While it was fun for my daughter to go here, it was a waste of money as far as actual learning goes.

We moved here from Phoenix about a year ago. The classes were less crowded for about half the price. They barely spend any time with your kid. Most of the time, they're waiting around for their turn. Will switch to the JCC this summer.

Very shady business practices. They always forget to tell you something about their policies. When we first signed up we should have known when they refused to let us pay. They want everything set up on autopay to take advantage of you and keep your money coming. Great instructors but awful business ethics. Front desk staff told me “sorry we are going through changes.” But you’ll never get a refund. Take your business elsewhere.
