I can’t thank Debbie enough for helping me select threads I needed for an EGA class that I was taking. The four stores in my area would not help unless I already knew what I wanted. The point to the class was to get experience picking your own thread colors. How do you do that without being able to touch and compare the threads. Debbie emailed and called back and forth with me, sending pictures, making changes, regrouping, until we were able to narrow down the choices. She was so patient and helpful. I use to teach customer service for a large corporation and Debbie met and exceeded my expectations! Thank you, Debbie.

Popped in for some thread, but learned a whole lot more! Very helpful ladies & friendly with sharing info in the needle arts world. Had some unique NM needlepoint art on display. They also offer on-site classes with small groups.

I recently finished taking the basic needlepoint class with Sarah. She was so wonderful and patient. She carefully explained each stitch, as many times as needed if I wasn't catching on to the technique. I never felt rushed to finish and was left not only with the knowledge she imparted but also the confidence of knowing, no matter the difficulty, I can learn something new and fun to do. Everyone at Twisted Stitches are so nice and willing to help no matter how simple or complex the question. And I have never seen so many colors and textures of floss and thread in one place! That alone entices one back again and again.
