Rude...you get the impression that you are bothering them, and I agree with the person who said managers should be telling the employees to be friendly with customers. I know of two people who have left this bank.

Extremely rude employees that talk to you as if they are better than you. Just the tone in their voice as if they are bothered to even speak to you. Whoever the manager is here needs to have a meeting with the employees discussing the importance of customer service and not having a little stuck up attitude to people.

I love this Bank. Myself and many people I know have switched to Alden State Bank. The representatives are very helpful whenever you need a hand. FREE Checking is offered. The Lancaster branch is open on Saturdays. All of my business and personal accounts are with Alden State. They have a personal feel and care with all accounts. A Very understanding and caring bank. Don't listen to the negative reviews. This is the best bank available in my opinion for any Small Business and Family Banking.
