Stanley Martin Homes have beautiful homes and I am a happy owner with the layouts and excited to share my experience. Customer service is great but terrible design center with minimum choices and lack of product knowledge. Communication is a big problem, despite of paying on the upgraded items the quality of the product is not up-to the par. Design center did not sharing complete information and also did not share or show anything that is the part of detailing and messaged up my exterior outlook of the kitchen. I would also like to mention that the painting is not a good job and I still have some messy walls & drywall, pint marks, missing paint, paint drops.... Finishing is a problem.
Very nice and good looking homes. I bought my house here and all good. But contracting people who does drywall and painting are very bad and don't even care about cleaning the house. After 9 months , same thing repeated. I can do better job than these guys. Not at all professional people.
I was disappointed with my experience with Stanley Martin Homes. They have beautiful homes an I was very excited about the potential of purchasing a single family home in the McIntosh community, but their customer service was less than what one would expect from a company selling high priced homes. Several of my emails were ignored and questions left unanswered and no phone calls either. Minus 2 stars for poor customer relations; plus 3 stars for building lovely homes.
