I bought an antique mantel clock (not from Alexaders) that needed some love. Alexander and his son Alex have gone above and beyond to restore my clock back to pristine condition. They also got back in working order an old wall clock that belonged to my parents. They are my go to for all my clock/watch needs.

It's really nice that places like this still exist. In a society that's quick to dispose of things, it's nice to find a shop that will service your watches and clocks. They'll typically change watch batteries while you wait. They expertly serviced a family member's German cukoo clock within 15 minutes! They sell watches and clocks. Friendly service. Very, very fair prices. A great place.
