Superb service. The staff members are super friendly, caring and attentive. They are very informative and answer any and all questions you may have, concerning your visit. They make you feel comfortable throughout your visit. The office is clean and there is a sense of privacy. If you need this service, I would highly recommend Alexandria Woman's Clinic. Very affordable with IV Sedation. Huge thanks to the staff! You are the best!

I took my daughter here to receive an emotional and physical treatment, for any woman, let alone a young girl, and I expected more courteous care and support based on my phone calls and reviews. Instead she received intolerable service. The bedside manner was deplorable and rude. They don't allow anyone to go back with them which is insensitive at best and secretive at worst. The appointment, which was made two weeks in advance, was delayed by one hour without apology nor explanation. There was obvious discrimination towards those who were not of Hispanic descent. When they thought she was recording their behavior, as would be her right, they insisted she delete the video in their presence, to which was not their right to do so given she was not intruding upon anyone else's privacy. I will ensure punishment for this deplorable disservice to my daughter and prevent it from happening to another young woman. The doctor, in particular, is an absolute disgrace to womankind and humanity. Karma is on it's way.

Poor patient care. The doctor with the blonde hair was rude and disrespectful throughout my visit. The staff poorly explained procedures and medications and other pertinent information. During such a sensitive situation there was a lack of concern or compassion for the patient. They have you wait over an hour to been seen, then rush you once you're back there. The waiting area, the entire facility, has a poor atmosphere and is severely under-kept...which is visible as soon as you enter. They do not allow cell phones or anyone else in the back for emotional support and will snatch your phone if you have it. Truly absurd. This clinic is a waste of time and should be shut down. promptly. This should not be considered as a option. Please trust me. If I could rate zero stars I would.

Caring experience with the staff. They are all very helpful and make sure you are comfortable. They answer any questions you have during youe visit and they even helped me to my car. They also offered after hours help if needed. I would recommend this place if you need help.
