It’s the worst community ever I have lived in. The mice, roaches and water shortage one day per each week. Additionally, consider electricity bill 200/month for a one bed room apartment each month. Trash everywhere, consider Watergate

He always provided excellent customer services to us residents of Arrive Alexandria, he is a great asset of your company, especially in this stressful pandemic season he is very patient in handling our concerns, always responded our calls and questions on time. Roaches have been a nightmare and untreatable. Staff are nice but don’t communicate well, elevators are awful. Go somewhere else. The price is not worth the problems.
You will live with rats and roaches at Arrive Alexandria. We decided to move out after trapping at least eight mice in less than two weeks. Management billed us for the few days we went over into the new month just trying to get out and turn in our keys. They kept our deposit of 300, penalizing us for breaking the lease when the law protects one from living under those conditions. We ended up with a balance of 97. Management ignored our dispute for the deposit and request to clear the balance. This balance was later forwarded to a collections agency that reported it to the Credit Bureau. Both, the on-site management, and whoever they have taking their telephone calls at headquarters, are very rude and indifferent. Beware
