The customer service here is exceptional and is deserving of 6 stars. I had heard of their reputation and service from a good friend and was initially hesitant to believe. After receiving exceptional customer service from them firsthand I was an instant believer. Marco, Bennett, and the team their need no review or praise to confirm their exceptional service, their work and expertise speaks for itself. I honestly believe other business could learn from them as an example of how to provide 5 star service. Honest, genuine, and quality customer service is a rare sight, but it exists here. 5 stars gentlemen.

I so happen to ride by heading towards the Mt. Vernon trail when my bike peddle suddenly comes off. I had no idea how to put it back on the bike since I have little familiarly with bike mechanics. I googled the nearest bike shop, which happens to be Big wheel Bikes. Luckily, I arrived 15 minutes before closing. Ray was able to assemble the peddle back on in no time free of charge. He was most helpful and very friendly.I highly recommend this place to anyone for bike repairs. Thanks again, Ray!

Was out on a ride on my recently restored vintage bike and had my headset come loose. Walked into the store and was immediately helped by Marco and the other guys in the shop. Great vibe, super nice guys, and an obvious love for/knowledge of vintage bikes too. So glad I stopped by and will definitely come back!
