Very satisfied with the work done. Technicians were very polite, professional, and answered all the questions we had. Frank was thorough in keeping and leaving the work area clean. Follow up issues were taken care of in a very timely and professional manner. All in all, great service.

The professionalism started with the appointment scheduling, and continued throughout. The technician, Robert, called when he was encountered, and arrived 30 minutes before the scheduled window (yay!!). Robert did a complete diagnostics of our dishwasher leak, quickly and reliably, explaining as he worked. We have relied on Caffi Services for all our plumbing concerns, large and small, for many years. They have always come through for us,, and we highly recommend them to all.
I needed upgrade of my 41 year old toilets (4), sinks (5), and disposal. The service and workmanship was excellent. I then decided to have a water pressure regulator replaced and a new Moen Flo leak detector system installed. Again, the work was very professional. We had a wonderful experience. We received ample notice that the tech was on the way (both from dispatch and from the tech himself) which gave us time to get the kids out of the way. Tech was very supremely friendly, knowledgeable, and completed work efficiently. Importantly, followed COVID protocols to the letter. All in all, another great experience with Caffi!
I called them on Monday they came out on Tuesday for the estimate. I was so impressed with their knowledge and they said they could get everything done today. So I said yes and they did an outstanding job. Everything was done professionally. And they even cleaned up the entire area.
