At Castro Company you own your success and career progression. They provide the tools and support you need, and management is very involved and committed to developing all employees. But you have to take ownership of your success and work hard towards your goals. They have many programs to help employees be successful and leadership is very supportive. They truly listen to employees and have created an inclusive environment. I have loved working here and look forward to continue working and seeing the firm continue to grow.
One of the first things I realized when I joined Castro & Company is the exceptional onboarding experience which connected me to the team and made me feel at home almost immediately! Castro’s concept of assigning new hires with a career coach is phenomenal. Through the Career Coach program, the firm ensured that I, a new hire at the time, had access to senior staff who served as an educational resource to ensure success and progress. Among other great benefits, the firm, through various programs, seeks to encourage and assist with the educational and professional growth of employees. Although teleworking, the firm finds fun and exciting ways to keep the staff engaged and motivated. Overall an excellent place to work!
As someone who has grown with the firm from a staff to a senior manager, I truly believe Castro is a great place to work. Castro respects work/life balance and there are many opportunities for advancement. Castro is adaptable to change and values input and recommendations from its employees.
