Great place to live. The staff are all very friendly and prompt to respond to any questions or issues. Maintenance team is also wonderful - very prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very clean building and grounds, no bug/rodent problems as there are in many other places which was a huge determining factor in my choice to move here.

Very nice clean buildings
I've been living here with my husband and kids for three years. From day one Jean and Tammy have been so helpful. The management and maintenance team are AMAZING too! They all know you. All are very polite and prompt to answer your requests. We recently had an issue in the building but I am so impressed with the professionalism this was handled. I couldn't have been more appreciative of everyone. I Highly recommend this place.
If you are deciding to move here you are making an excellent choice!!!! I recently moved and my experience here was phenomenal and I actually miss it :( Gina is great, actually the whole office staff is. Maintenance is also exceptional, one call and they are at your door in a blink of an eye. Just want to say thank you ladies for a wonderful experience!!!!
We have been living here for a little over 5 months now and everything is beyond splendid. From the helpfulness of the office staff, to the swift and efficient actions from the maintenance staff, Cherry Arms has become one of the best, safest and cleanest communities my family and I have ever lived in. We have already decided on renewing our lease next year. I strongly recommend this community that is filled with friendly neighbors and reliable workers all around.
