If you are looking for both an honest and knowledgable company, look no further!! After one company came out to clean my chimney and telling me I needed a new damper, I started to research other companies to get a second opinion/estimate. I called Chimpro this morning and spoke to Paul. He was able to squeeze me into his schedule and came out this afternoon to look at my chimney. Paul was extremely helpful and took time to explain the type of fireplace/damper system I had. He even did a small drawing to show me what he was trying to explain. Boy was I impressed! From there, he looked inside my fireplace and ultimately told me I did not need a new damper. He explained what I could do and this saved me A LOT of money. I am so happy that Paul came out and was so honest with me. I will never forget this and next time I need to have my chimney serviced, I know I will be calling Chimpro. It is refreshing to find a company that is honest and cares about their customers!

If you need help with your fireplace, definitely give these guys a call. They did an awesome job with my leaky, non code compliant, zero clearance fireplace. Also, not very many people want to deal with these type of fireplaces, so if you have one, give Chim Pro a call and Mr. Paul will hook you up. They did mine for a fair price and he'll walk you through the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone.
Look no further! Chimpro Chimney Sweeps came to our rescue on New Year's Eve. We spotted the van working at a home across the street from us and gave them a call to see if they could service our chimney on New Year's Eve. Smoke was blowing back into our home when we tried to use the fireplace. We called several places earlier that week but the earliest appointment that we could find was two weeks into January. Upon calling, I was told that the tech was on his last call for the day but, he would check in with him to see if he could squeeze me in. I was so grateful when Kyle showed up to sweep the chimney! He was professional, thorough, efficient and pleasant. Kyle was very knowledgeable and took the time to give me a few pointers that really helped! I received excellent customer service from my first phone call up until my chimney sweep was complete. The price was much more affordable than the company that I had perviously scheduled to come out two weeks later. I highly recommend Chimpro Chimney Sweeps!
Paul and his team, including our tech, Josh, were fantastic. They even fit us in right before the holidays so as to ensure our tenants moving into our home as of January 1 were not inconvenienced. 100% professional and top notch! Whole-heartedly, 100% recommend.
This guy is good. He is extremely responsive, personable, and honest (yes- I said it). He is quick, efficient, and thorough (he even wrote me a checklist for starting up). I highly recommend Paul.
