They took a family piece of jewelry and completely redesigned it into a piece that goes perfectly with my engagement ring and is beyond what I had envisioned. I got my engagement ring resized and my grandmother's ring cleaned here and the experience was wonderful. My engagement ring was more difficult and they took great care of it and are very reasonably priced. They were in constant contact with any updates and answered my plethora of questions. The engraving on the inside was unfortunately cut off since I downsized but I will be dropping it off with them again to have it hand engraved and plan on returning to them for all future needs.

They were able to resize the engagement ring we had from a 7 to 4.5 without ruining the ring. It is a vintage platinum ring which made the work that much more impressive. We had the ring resized wrong and they did the second resizing for free. Great customer service! They also do appraisals.
