This is test (exam) place.the person at front desk talking without non stop on the phone.to much disturbed for exam taker.

I strongly do not recommend this place for taking a standardized test, especially now during the Covid-19 global pandemic. There were 5 computer stations crammed into a tiny office room, with maybe 3 feet in-between each person and all were occupied. Online it states that gloves and masks were required, but this wasn't followed or mandated once there in person. There was also no sanitization of computer stations between test takers. From a health perspective, CDC guidelines were not being followed and I felt incredibly unsafe. For my test, I was given a board and dry erase marker. I wasn't given anything to wipe the board with. I followed protocol and raised my hand for assistance, wanting to ask for a tissue. After raising my hand for ten minutes, I gave up and decided to just use my hand to wipe the board. Halfway through my test, the marker ran out. Again, I raised my hand but was not helped. The testing administrator came into the room to set up another test taker. Raising my hand was not enough, I had to voice that I needed more supplies. A few minutes later I was given a yellow marker that could barely be seen. Then I was given another black marker that was wet erase only. Again, I had nothing to erase my work with. Additionally, the testing adminstration was on their cell phone a majority of the time, which you could hear in the testing room. I am completely disappointed by this environment and testing center. I would avoid it due to it's lack of safety protocol during the pandemic and poor testing environment, preventing test takers from doing their best.

For PearsonVue test center — it’s the building in the back, and the office is actually 290, on the second floor. Room is small and hot with six computers.

I took an exam there recently.Very helpful and friendly front desk staff.The registration was done in no time and they also informed me that a voucher is available which saved me some money.Excellent experience and definitely will be back for the exams I am planning to do in future.

First review I wrote in a while. Took an exam there a few days ago, noise was not so bad as others have mentioned. The lady at the desk was so rude, for the life of me I cannot understand how she still has a job. Well, perhaps they all behave this way. I have taken many certs in many places, most places are always welcoming and pleasant. I should have researched the place, anyway not going back and do not recommend it.
