I have never been more satisfied! What a wonder company. I had my Persian rug cleaned and the tassels redone. They did an exception job. Plus, they delivered the rug to me within less than 2 weeks. I wanted to say how wonderful Juan and Fernando were in doing the rug cleaning. I had bought a persian rug for my friend and they repaired the rug so that it looked like new. Now I also have a like new Chinese carpet that has been cleaned and looks brand new.I recommend this company to anyone who wants quality work and service.

Expert help from owner and assistant who worked with me in store and brought several really beautiful rugs to try at my home. Vast selection and expertise.. When I sent pictures of my living room they chose a different rug to bring too and it was clearly the right rug for my place.Assistant and helper were easy and fun to work with. They also bought back a rug I had purchased several years ago from them.. In the past they have also cleaned a rug for me..
