It was wonderful working with Sydney Watkins at Express Employment Professionals. Sydney works to find assignments that fulfill your wishlist, as well as the client's needs. With her assistance, in a few short months, I have obtained a permanent position with a fantastic organization and I could not be happier. In fact, in that position, I have had occasion to use the agency to fill a temporary need. They were able to fill my request for temporary help in a timely manner, and the person that was sent was a tremendous asset in the short-term. Coming here was a complete waste of time! The recruiter gave me false hope and didn’t respond to my emails or follow up with me. I had to send multiple emails week after week to finally get a response and when I finally got a response my questions still went unanswered. She had me come in and fill out direct deposit paperwork and health insurance paperwork then told me she would get back with me once someone sends the paperwork over? At that point I’m thinking I have a new job and we’re just waiting on some paperwork. That must’ve been a lie and I feel like they like to have people come in just to make it look like they’re doing their job. Why have me come in and fill out all the paperwork if their isn’t a job available? Weeks have gone by and I have yet to receive a follow up they have even contacted my professional references but I still have yet to receive a follow up after I’ve emailed the recruiter twice. A simple email stating \hey you weren’t the best candidate for the position but we will let you know if another one opens up\ or \hey I haven’t heard anything yet but I didn’t forget and I’ll keep you posted\ would have worked just fine but not responding or following up is very unprofessional! This behavior seems to be a pattern with all recruiting agencies. You guys should hire better recruiters!
It's an honor to work a for a great company. Marinda is a quality asset to the company. She cares about the employees and company. My experience working for her has been great.
I went to the Sterling VA office last week with the hopes that I will be working ASAP. Nothing happened yet. Now I had no option but to do pizza delivery to get some money. Trying to reach their quota of recruiting people but is not honest in finding people jobs.
