I’ve only visited during winter but I can tell this is an amazing horticultural resource! Stopped by to check on the witch hazel collection (around 100 varieties) during a recent snow for some pictures. If I was local I’d be involved in gardening here as much as possible!

Beautiful grounds! Great for a walk with the kids. Lots of wildlife near the ponds for them to enjoy. Lots of different trails to explore. I was able to use a stroller for a good portion of it, but be aware several trails through the woods are not well enough paved for that.

The Gardens is beautiful, it is not that big but very nice to walk, sit and enjoy the scenery. I really enjoy sitting around the pond. Hearing the sound of the water, wildlife buzzing and singing birds. Honestly the Gardens reminds me of one of my favorite childhood movies (\LEGENDS\, the movie with Tom Cruise and one of the unicorns die and Tom has to help making the world right again.) I can't wait to come back during winter if we get snow again and take some more pics. Please visit the Green Spring Gardens, I promise it is enjoyable.

Calm gardens to take a stroll or have a picnic. Look for turtles in of the two ponds. There are a couple gazebos you can rent. The bathrooms were closed. Signs requesting face coverings and social distancing. Plenty of parking.

Today I came to this park with my partner and found a really deep heart felt letter . When I read that letter I was filled with emotion and love . Whoever you are just know that we got your message. Rest in Paradise Benjamin.
