I have been going here for years. The front desk staff is excellent and Dr. Janis Caruso is top-notch. I saw Dr. Redding once and he, too, is excellent.

I really do like the doctors but they scheduled their appointments for such short times to make more money that you won't get out of there without at least a 50 minute wait. And it's just getting worse with time.

after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment, my appointment was cancelled three days before and the earliest rescheduling is nearly a month away. I actually want healthcare. Complete false advertising. \Why wait weeks to get answers for your health needs when you could see a primary care provider today?\ If there's any capacity in being able to achieve this at all, it wasn't extended to me

Like someone else stated here, I think Dr. Tawanna King is a very competent caring doctor but she is hard to schedule with and there have been some administrative problems with referral requests. I have since talked to the office manager who was very responsive so hopefully things will improve.
