If you’re looking to work here don’t...small company with decent contracts but they don’t look out for their employees. The owner big mark will talk to you as if you’re his child and will over work you with no Hesitation. The pay isn’t enough to survive off of and don’t look forward to a rise. I’ve worked days with no break and they still will take a break out your paycheck. They will buy themselves new trucks but their dump trucks barely run most of them have expired registration and or lights and signals don’t work. You gotta be at work by 645 but don’t get paid until 7 and if you’re not there by 645 the owner will threaten to fire you. If you do decide to work there get as much experience as possible that’s about all they are good for and go somewhere else other companies are starting off at 17/18hr to do less work. And if it rains some days they will have you come in but u like other companies if work gets canceled it’s no pay for the day. Other companies will at least pay you for 4hrs if you show up. Worst place to work. Benefits isn’t worth it and paychecks aren’t big enough to even want to have benefits taken out. Turn over rate is extremely high. Truck driver can expect to make 22-27hr. Laborers and equipment operators 12-17/hr if that
