LapFix is a real gem! I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Apple and had a very nice person who knew nothing about iMovie. Eric at LapFix researched my issue (trying to retrieve a half-finished old project) and helped me find a way to get the old data. I also brought in a 20-year-old computer with no power cord to retrieve old files. Bottom line: if you think you’ve lost important information on your computer, don’t panic yet. There may be hope!

Love this place! They can consult you with desktop builds and even build them for you! Oh yeah, and they also work on apple macbook. Even during this tough time, it is great to talk to an actual person and feel welcomed. Would recommend!
