Best dealership I’ve dealt with. Drove 250 miles for the used Volvo I wanted and Lindsay Volvo didn’t disappoint in any way. Car was immaculate- perfectly detailed. From the manager to the receptionist everyone was professional. Special mention to Lenny who stayed past closing to make sure I was comfortable with the car features and to Robert who went through every option with me and helped me make an informed decision. Highly recommend!

I saw a vehicle I was interested in online, but I live over 2 hours away. I inquired about the vehicle and Kelvin Fuentes took my call. In order to help me get a better feel for the car, he went out and shot a video of it from all sides and the interior, even taking the time to show me the scratches in detail. I decided I was interested, so I took the train up to the dealership. Kelvin met me at the station with the car I was interested in and let me drive back to the dealership. The car was exactly as Kelvin described, so I purchased it. Carlos from finance did the paperwork and he was really helpful too. I was using an out of town credit union to finance my purchase and Carlos made sure everything was taken care of. Next time I need a car, I'm calling Kelvin and getting back on the train.

Handing off a vehicle, like an XC90, with all the very latest technology it offers might be complicated. At least that's what I expected. But, Danny and Robert made it easy. Danny called and told me my new Volvo was ready and we scheduled a pick-up time and date. Upon my arrival, they were ready. Danny introduced me to Robert and we were on our way. All the paperwork was in order. Robert introduced me to my new vehicle then spent an hour and half meticulously going over all its features. It was clear to me from the outset that Robert really knew his stuff! We downloaded and set-up the Volvo on Call and Android Auto apps. It's fantastic that I can remotely start my new Volvo remotely via my Volvo on Call app. And, the advanced safety features on my new XC-90 are remarkable. This just may be \the safest vehicle on the road.\ I must admit, I was a bit overwhelmed after an hour and a half, but no worries. Robert gave me his card and told me to stop by anytime if I had questions. From start to finish I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of all the men and women who make up the Lindsey Volvo team. Thanks for all you do!
