We were in need of a new roof with new gutters and we had been reaching out/receiving quotes from different contracting roofing companies. We were also looking for ways to ventilate our attic better rather than the installed attic fan, and we wanted something that was proven to work. We came across Tom's company, Lyons Contracting, and received a quote from him as well. Tom was patient in answering all our questions and in providing us with information to help make our final decision. Tom is honest, straight-forward and experienced - those are 3 qualities that we look for. Tom's quote was reasonably priced in comparison, in addition he and his team provided quality work and professionalism using only the best of the best materials. Very responsive on initial inquiry, made quick fair proposal on a flat roof replacement on our town home. Workmanship excellent, clearly experienced and skilled in TPO flat roof installation. Contractor was communicative and service-oriented throughout, work crew was efficient and thoroughly cleaned up after a messy demo of old roof. Would highly recommend Lyons for any similar job.
Can I just say simply amazing. Tom called, had time scheduled, and a team out all within about an 8 day period from initial call to finished work. He was extremely kind and professional as he did our roofing assessment. The process, quote, and payment was all done electronically, really easy. They are the only group I will be using for any of my roofing needs. Thanks again Tom and Lyon’s contracting!
