I love my lashes and Brows!! My mom gifted me with lashes and brows with Shanna, and I am so pleased. I had never had eal\ lash extensions before, and I was a bit nervous, but I had no reason to be. Her work is so neat and meticulous and she has the sweetest personality ever. I added the brows after months of no waxing due to quarantine and they're perfect. Oh, also, All COVID guidelines were followed to a T! The place is clean, cute and calm. Awesome birthday gift ;-)

My experience at Mad Lash was stellar! From booking the appointment, to check in, to getting my lashes done, everything was amazing. The entire staff is very professional and very friendly and accommodating. The last studio is a vibe! Ba-by, the decor, the music, beverages and snacks, everything about their customer service is five star and I haven't even talked about how good my lashes look. I've been receiving nonstop compliments about my lashes. She made my lashes, which are long and straight, pop with the added extensions, while maintaining the natural look. The owner did my lashes and she is a sweetheart. We had a great conversation while she was doing my lashes. Feel like I have not only found a great place to get my lashes done, but gained a new friend. I definitely recommend Mad Lash for lashes and to try out the other services they provide.

I am new client with Shanna at The Mad Lash and I am extremely satisfied!! This is my second time receiving services from Shanna and she is consistent as well as very professional. Safety is a #1 priority when you walk through the door!! From mask checks, temperature checks as well as hand washing!! That was a major plus for me while we’re in this pandemic. Now Shanna’s work is PHENOMENAL!!! I love my Hybrid Lash extensions ! Each time she has delivered!! Shanna is very knowledgable and reassuring of whats the best option based on your personal preference and from a professional standpoint. She made me feel comfortable . Her energy is calm and positive ! My lashes are AMAZING and FLAWLESS!! Shanna you are the bomb, you are gentle, and the adhesive is wonderful since it didn’t cause any irritation . I literally am able to get up and feel absolutely no pain when my extension service was complete. That was a plus and you have a forever client Shanna!!! I loved my appointment with Shanna for a lash lift and brow wax. The studio is clean and inviting, she was sweet and gentle and my lash lift turned out far better than I expected (my lashes are naturally not very long). She added on the brow wax for me, even though i didn't originally schedule that...i usually like threading, but her brow wax is clean and she left them full. Thanks so much Shanna, ill see you again soon.

My Go-TO place for waxing and Lash Lifts! Shanna is my preferred stylist, although everyone is nice and professional. Shanna accommodated my initial appointment and stayed late to service me, this was very telling. She was as nice, and talented as the reviews say! Love my brows and lashes and I tell all my friends and coworkers!
