I've been here for about 3 hours (still here)for hip and lower back pain. Took about an hour and a half to get a provider in the room, just to receive an X-ray and urinalysis. That's 3 hours in pain. I had to take a urine sample twice because the med tech/assistant threw it out. There was no direction or organization.

Unprofessional staff. They gave me an an attitude simply because I asked for a wait time estimate. The two front desk ladies then proceeded to laugh and smirk at me and when I asked for them to return my ID. Will not be returning to this trashy unprofessional Establishment.

This is listed as Covid-19 testing location. We were told the wait was 45 minutes. After two hours we left. If I didn’t have Covid before - I do now after waiting in that place.

Went here for a UTI that was becoming severe and causing the beginning stages of sepsis. Had to make an appointment, and 6 hours later I was in (but that's American healthcare for you - urgent care is never urgent here). After being admitted I was told that they were ot equipped\ to deal with UTIs in men. I was then put on a video call with one of their remote doctors who referred me to the ER. Left empty-handed and got billed for both my visit and the video call. Went to a professional urologist and got extremely basic antibiotics and recovered in 48 hours. This must be what a woman feels like trying to get reproductive care from a man.
