The plumber, Henry, arrived on time wearing a mask. He was very professional and knowledgeable as he explained the type of toilet he recommended. He installed it efficiently, changig the valve and line as well. Henry wore booties to protect my floors and cleaned up after himself. The Toto toilet works great and looks good. I will ask for Henry the next time I need a plumber.

Very happy to use Michael & Son again. This time for a hot water heater issue. I was presented with options to fix the issue and I was able to get the issue resolved. Will definitely work with them again should anything else happen with other systems in my home.
We had Haywood Sorey come to our home twice for electrical services. The first time was for an electrical check-up, and the second time was to install four light fixtures in our bathrooms. We specifically requested him for the lighting job. He did a wonderful job both times! He was on time, extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He did an absolutely beautiful job installing our light fixtures, and we couldn't be more pleased. He was extremely careful with our light globes which were delicate and hand-blown. He was happy to answer all of our questions. We will continue to request Haywood in the future.
