Since the first day I spoke to her on the phone, Mimi was very passionate, professional, helpful, genuine and direct till the end. So happy I chose Mimi decor for our wedding. She listens to your vision and create it exactly. Not only with the decor but she was helping us out with the planning too which put our mind to ease. One of the best decisions We made planning our wedding was choosing Mimi decor. All I can say is WOW! Our experience with Mimi was nothing shy of perfect. From the moment my sister and I met Mimi, our minds were put at ease. Initially I had only a color scheme in mind, and had not decided on any decor yet. Mimi offered many suggestions, showed us sample decor, flower arrangements, and even helped us plan other aspects of the wedding itself. She went with whatever made me (bride) the most happy! She was very professional, direct, and helpful from start to finish. With only a couple of meetings she created an elaborate, luxurious, dream-like wedding that made me cry at first sight! I cannot stress how much the ballroom was transformed, like night and day. Literally, even the banquet staff said in all of their years of working there, they had never seen the room so transformed. To put it simply, if you want a designer you can trust, that feels like family and gets the job done, call Mimi!!! She’s not an event decorator, she’s a dream maker! Love you Mimi!
The assistant i spoke to is very unprofessional and unwilling to help. The first thing she asked when i called about a wedding decoration was what's your budget? It's not the best way of doing business. I looked online before i called so i know what to expect. Instead of giving options or asking me how to make my day extra special she went straight for the money. That says a lot about how you value your customers. What I was hoping to hear was to offer me the best she has and work her way down. That was not the case at Mimi decor. I've called several times to get a hold of mimi herself and left a voicemail and no one got back to me. Offer me the platinum decor that you say you do and I'll pay. What i will not tolerate is the kind of behavior your assistant showed and make no effect to fix my problem. That's worth 0 dollars! Please train your employees to be confident on your product so you can earn more business. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied! I will not recommend it to anyone!

MimiDecor, is absolutely the best!!! She went above and beyond to execute my wife’s every wish!! If we asked she made sure it happened accordingly. She is very professional and genuine about the work and service she provides! Honestly, one aspect of the wedding that we felt no stress or worries!! We had so much confidence and trust in her and her execution it was a breeze to tackle. We knew if something came up she would hold it down in our defense, in which she did!!! We are extremely pleased with the turn out of our venue!!! Wouldn’t change a thing!!! THANK YOU MIMI!!!
