NGT is the best trash service in the area. They always go above and beyond the expected service. My old service had started missing days each week and raising prices so I switched to NGT and couldn't be happier. Most reliable service and courteous office manager. Small hard working family business.
Update July 8, 2020- I received a response today and she is crediting my account for the 189. My review is not slanderous, it is 100% accurate. The actual service is great and the rates are unbeatable. As long as you are credited for the extra payments. I am not changing my review because this is what I had to do to be credited the amount I overpaid and that is unacceptable. I am not reviewing the trash service as it is impeccable!!! The guys are great that service my neighborhood. My review is regarding the accounting of my account and the lack of professionalism of Stacey Blevins. I have been overcharged by 189; I contacted NGT numerous times to discuss. When I finally got ahold of the person responsible for accounting she was rude, disrespectful and took the entire situation personally. I supplied her with all of the checks I’ve sent in to NGT and proof they were all cashed and proof there should be a credit of 189. She still refuses to accept responsibility and will only give me a 126 credit. Even after I created a power point outlining all of the payments, cashed checks and the math showing that I should have 189 credited. She has been curt and not willing to accept fault and is only willing to credit me 126. I love the service I receive each week from NGT and I like that it’s a local and somewhat small business but I’m not ok with being overcharged, screamed at, called a liar and after I take hours to prove how much money should be credited, she makes up nonsense and refuses to credit the account. Stacey Blevins should not being working with people.
Reasonably priced and reliable in picking up the trash and recycling. Helpful on the phone when originally procuring their services. Everything one could hope for with a trash pickup company!
Nightingale provides trash removal service for our homeowners association and has been our provider for over 20 years. They have always performed very well and have excellent pricing for their services. Even when fuel prices increased, Nightingale left our rates as they were when other companies increased substantially.
