I was referred to them by another Physician. I am glad I went there. Very caring and dedicated staff. Minimal waiting time. Clean spacious waiting room and spacious exam rooms. The Doctor took the time to understand my concerns and ailment. Check out process was streamlined. The best part is they accept most major insurances.

I was referred here about two years ago. The office has always been welcoming as far as cleanliness. The front desk and Dr assistants have always been helpful professional and friendly on a consistent basis. From day one I noticed that the Dr did not operate as most larger medical facilities do rather do things on a more old school way likely because it’s cheaper and saves money. I decided to recently find a new Dr and not patronize this location anymore because .... the Dr seems to be off during the week a lot. He doesn’t cater to emergency needs. I had to press the office at least 3x about filling a non optional prescription that the Dr said I’ll fill and when I called the pharmacy about picking it up they never received it. I was recently MISDIAGNOSED per blood work results. Lastly, I’ve felt a sense of being “rushed” during my last few visits as if I were bothering or holding the Dr up. Not to mention, every other facility I’ve ever visited has given me a summary visit on paper when I leave detailing what happened and was discussed during my visit etc. The Dr here doesn’t give that and if he gives you a referral it will likely be written by hand (him) on a sheet of paper which is just unprofessional and tacky! Years ago it was word of mouth or trying your luck with a business but today social media and things like Google reviews are truly helpful because the public can let everyone know their experiences. I can’t say this place is all bad but I can say they are not where you want to go on a regular or even in an emergency. What I know is whenever a place is truly good there will be tons of reviews!!! This place doesn’t even have 50 reviews and majority are negative from years ago which speaks volumes that nothing has increased or gotten better.
Paid 175 for a rapid covid test and she didn’t administer the test for 10 seconds in each nostril like my previous covid tests. Got my results back within an hour.
Made an appointment Thursday to come in on Saturday at 11:30. Before hanging up, I verified 4 times that the appointment was for Saturday and the woman confirmed each time. So I showed up Saturday and my scheduled time and she said that my appointment was for Friday. Eventhough I had the appointment confirmation. They would not accommodate for their mistake.
This medical office is a very clean facility with superior medical services. Each of the physicians I have seen have immaculate bedside manners and provide prompt and attentive medical care.
