I love everything about this place! The staff is friendly and helpful. The classes and camps cover a variety of interesting topics with affordable, flexible schedules. Our family loves Upcycle and appreciates the ability to donate items that recycling might not be able to. The facility is clean, bright, and street and lot parking are easy to find. Oh! And I can’t forget the books. There are two separate book swap sections. One that leans more toward craft and the other commercial fiction.

The people were very friendly and shared information so we could get the most out of the family craft night experience as we had a hard time choosing between all the activities. It was reasonably priced 10/person and included snacks, drinks and pizza. We had so much fun, we’ll definitely be back. Tip: stick around for cleanup and you’ll get to take home leftovers.

This is a great community center is centered around the arts. There is an upcycle store inside, a large stage/gym, classrooms and more. Alexandria uses this space for 1st night (new years eve) for a fun kids venue and more.

Parking can be tight at times but it’s free, which is hard to come by in old town. I love Upcycle so that’s why I’m usually there.

This is a great place to host special events and reservation. The place has its own parking at the back and the area is clean and well-maintained.
