Before moving in to the apartment, one of the managers made me tour around an ideal apartment. Once I moved in, there were many things that were found in the apartment that wasn’t very ideal. Poor paint job, bugs everywhere, a messy kitchen, a ceiling that LITERALLY fell, etc. Now, due to COVID - these are things that I didn’t really have a lot of concerns about because I wanted to prioritize the health of the staff that took care of the maintenance for the tenants (except for the ceiling - that was real bad). After months of irritation and annoyance, I finally reached out to management regarding the bugs and they finally took care of it...except the bugs are still around the premises of my unit. When summer comes, it’s a real struggle out here. The AC is somehow ALWAYS broken. Every week, you’d receive an email from management about how they’re trying to fix it. Recently, while I was out-of-town, I received multiple emails about the boiler repairs/low water temperatures. The first time they fixed it, I thought it was all well done. But the following week, I received another email indicating “... due to the demand on the system, especially during peak hours the hot water is exhausted quickly.” I just don’t understand how an apt building that contains 14 floors would think most people would be using their heating system at the same time especially when it’s freezing outside. Also, for several months - their gym didn’t have a normal/average temperature and their machines are always broken. And the elevator’s always out. Finally, If you would like to save your yourself from all the hassles - please consider looking at another apartment that will check all the boxes.

6 months here and we had 5 mice in our kitchen . Mouse droppings everywhere. Cheap walls . We have dozens of mouth traps where . PEST control is terrible sometimes they don’t even come on your floor.You can hear the mice in the walls. 14 floors and each floor has reported a mouse problem . Laundry machines eat your money. Gate in the front is always open . The elevators are very slow .Random people who don’t live in the residence are always walking back and forth holding big bags of laundry . The parking spaces Are so narrow that your car will always be hit by another vehicle. Security staff are very nice but this building charges you 1500 a month to live with mice Can’t wait move out. This place grosses me out.
Don’t move here. I have been living here for 3 years. since zrs management took over this apartment nothing goes well. Hot water go away frequently in cold weather. Sometimes heat is not working in winter and AC not work in Summer. Packages got stolen, maintenance staff can’t fix things which you request. Sometimes their behavior is so rude. They close tickets without fixing the things. People smoking near building doors. Elevators are smell like marijuana. Flooring are so cheap. No pest controls even after requesting and the utilities bills goes so high without even using it.
Horrible treatment of residents in regard to requests made and maintenance requests. It has been months since I’ve received maintenance service and the worst part is that I have to keep filling out the form online and then it gets marked as completed when literally no one has been to my apartment to fix anything. What a waste of time and energy. I’ve had a grotesque amount of dust in my bathroom vents since I’ve moved in and it continues to build to the point that it has blocked some of the vent holes; I have submitted requests only for them to be ignored. I have to breathe that in each day which is extremely disconcerting.
Bad Management!!!! I lived here for 2 years and overall the apartment is decent for the price. Beware of the management because they dont know how to COMMUNICATE and they are not PROFESSIONAL at all. My moving out EXPERIENCED was HELL because there wasn't a clear communication on how I can make my payment for the remaining balance that I owe after moving out because my portal account got closed as soon as my lease has ended. I called and emailed ZRS management several times and I did not get anything back. 2 months later I got a letter in the mail from IQDATA inc for the balance that were due which I tried to make payments several times by reaching out as soon as I moved out. TWO Thumbs down for ZRS management
