This Is Probably one of the worst jobs I ever encountered. From Management to the people they hire. Communication, I dont even think they know the meaning of that word. They only care about themselves specially the ones who dont have children. They never true to their word. They are lazy. They never answer your needs. They want people to work like slave but cant match the pay. I will never Recommend Planned Companies to anyone. Now i know why people come and go all the time. They are a joke.

I've seen other reviews be mostly negative but as a resident of the Aspen Apartments in Alexandria where they staff the concierge, I have been nothing but satisfied with the service. One girl in particular, Tina, is practically beloved by the community. She knows almost everyone by name, people bring their kids down to say \Hi\ to her every day after school and overall she is a warm and friendly aspect to an otherwise fairly mediocre apartment building. Most of the other staff are also similarly friendly, helpful and professional.

Planned Companies is a quick pick up job. They have poor management skills. They expect you to put your job before everything else including if you have a FT job that covers majority of your lifestyle Capital Concierge and HireOne(Jeffery Scott) have the same issues but they have more shifts. Pay pier dems for on call, training, shift cancellations, uberx not uber pool, and increase in pay for last min shift needs. Residents tip as well. They have contracts with larger residential management companies throughout the dmv. I do my job and I do it well per my moral standing and whats in writing via property contract and company policy. Hoping I can pay off am certain things quickly and transition back to on call.
