I live near this restaurant and love it. The staff is always nice and accommodating. I only do take out now but they do a great job with that as well. My only issue is with consistency. The food is always good but is sometimes noticeably underseasoned. A little tweak with making sure the kitchen staff seasons everything consistently and it'll be even better here.
Southside 815 is a delightful place - bar food, and Louisiana style Cajun food fills a lot of places on the menu. The cuisine is very tasty. Today, I had a Cobb Salad for lunch, and the portion was generous but not overwhelming. It had the ideal taste I expect from a Cobb Salad - blue cheese, tomatoes, avocado, grilled chicken, bacon, sliced hard-boiled egg, etc. The restaurant itself was nearly empty. Probably because if the snowy weather outside. Social distancing is practiced, but not an issue. The chef is very friendly, and the ambiance is what I would expect. Prices were reasonable. I recommend this restaurant. 4 stars out of 5 in my opinion.

I totally love the food here and the staff are amazing too. I highly recommend you try these guys out if you haven't. And they have a wonderful dessert selection too.
