Purchased two bikes from the Quaker Lane store in the past year and the customer service was far better than expected both times. Definitely don't make you feel uncomfortable if you're not a cycling expert. No-pressure selling. Just a great team answering questions and happy to make recommendations. In fact, on a gravel bike I purchased earlier this year, they actually recommended the cheaper bike because they thought it had better value/components. For someone just getting back into cycling after a long hiatus, it was a great experience.
Great bike friendly shop overall from sales to service. The reps are extremely attentive and builds rapport rather than just pushing for sales. Service is also great. The technicians take their time to service and to explain any concerns or suggestions. Thanks for what you guys do, especially for new riders.
Came here from NC to pick up a bike we purchased online. It was quick and easy. Friendly and helpful staff.
Friendly, non-condescending service. Confident that repairs done correctly. If you have skills, you can buy on-line and do it yourself less expensively, but many of us need a reliable bike maintenance/repair shop like this.
